About Emma

Emma is a teacher, speaker, visionary and wild creative, living in Ibiza with her family and supporting women globally to leverage their innate gifts, natural leadership and creative energy.

She has worked with over 1000 people around the world over the last decade of teaching, healing and writing.

Certified as an Accredited Inner Leadership Life Coach, Integrative Somatic Parts Practitioner, Human Design and Gene Keys coach & guide, Yoga and Meditation teacher (Hatha & Yin), and most recently as a Rose Shamanism & Eco-Somatic Practitioner, Emma has extensive practise working with women coming into direct contact with their energetic womb, heart, voice and leadership.

Together we will create an intuitive coaching schedule that will best nourish you throughout the journey. This might look like a two hour deep dive one week, and a shorter touch base session the week after.

There cannot possibly be a one size fits all approach to these spaces, and in accordance with your unique energetics and Internal + External Visions, we will co-create a creatively fertile space for us to meet.

    It’s taken a little while to find the right words to describe the difference a couple of months can make.

    Emma, even after having completed your inner leadership course, the journey continues. I have reframed several of my limiting beliefs and continue to “catch myself” daily. You have given me lasting skills to reframe negative language and thought patterns which is a testament to the mastery of your teachings; your ability to hold a safe and transformational container exists long after each session. I can find it difficult to be vulnerable and truly express myself but you provided the space to allow me to do so, and I now feel empowered, seen and energised.     Prior to the ILC work I was in need of support to steady myself in my own truth. My connection to self seemed a little wobbly due to feeling torn between pleasing the masses and staying quiet on my beliefs and values and feeling a burgeoning need for authenticity in my expression and my work. These principles also mirrored my personal life. So this work was required not just within my professional self but truly to the core of my being. Allowing me to realise that those two aspects were less separate than I had first thought. The biggest breakthrough was the embodiment of the notion that my work flows from my truest expression of myself. This is what I need to put out into the world and the more true I remain to myself, the more soulful, raw and helpful my work will be for the exact fractal of people I am supposed to work with.

    The ILC work has enabled me to understand that just because a person or a group of people may not agree with my true expression, that does not mean I need to dull down that essence in me. I have been so inclined to hold back my thoughts or even go to the lengths of abandoning my truth completely to just be accepted and validated by people. Even when these people are not my people! The fear of rejection and abandonment spreads so far into my wounding that it has taken over my behaviour over the years and stifled my expression and my truth. I feel ILC has helped me meet back with that frightened and vulnerable part of self and nurture it back into strength. Of course, this will take work and upkeep, but the lessons learned and integrated here have been so fortifying.

    I would recommend ILC to anybody who struggles to allow themselves to remain rooted in their own values and beliefs. Anybody who is prone to abandon self to appease others and anybody who wishes to share their work via integral and authentic expression from their soul. The values work, the Human Design aspect, the powerful meditations make for such a diverse and potent capsule of inner work. I can't thank Emma enough for her gentle but grounded space holding, her humour, her flexibility and her diligence.
